We‟ve created a new website--www.thehowenow.com--in addition to the existing website to make available the Howe Now. Check out the newsletter (February 2010 issue)! Continue to use the other sites to locate classmates. A big thank-you to Keith Blazek, '88, and Errol Spears, '60, for their work to make this website happen. 

The All-Alumni Reunion is October 15, 16, 17. Look for details in this Howe Now. Plan to join us for any or all of the events. 

Annie (Dearth) Roof, '95, a previous Board member, was elected to one of the two open-at-large seats on the Indianapolis Board of School Commissioners. Annie won 25% of the total votes cast. She will be a great asset to the school board. 

Howe held its fifth graduation since its reopening as a high school. This year 80 more graduates received their Alumni membership cards . 

There‟s a new school sign at the corner of Julian and Emerson. It‟s electronic and impressive. 

Any spare time weekly or monthly to help at school? If you have the time and interest, please contact Mrs. Nixon, principal, 693-5574. Alumni help is always welcome. 

Thanks to the anonymous donor who sent memorabilia for the Class of 1960's class reunion coming up in July. Those items turn back the clock and stir fond memories.
